I was sadly misled about a complimentary user seat, I was asked to leave 2 reviews on G2 & Trustpilot (which I have no issue with as the tool is quite good), and told that I will get 1 free user seat in return. There was no mention of a deadline for this (I have written proof from a support agent). I then see that 1 month later my free user seat is gone, and told that "it was only for 1 month" which they failed to mention initially, seems a bit of a scammy way to ask for reviews and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I really like SEranking and have used it for a while, but this situation alone makes me want to look for alternatives.

I think it's quite dissapointing coming from Ahrefs and Semrush - even Ahref's free version gives more comprehensive and accurate information.

I have been using SERanking for almost 2 years and am very satisfied. Setting up projects is clear and simple, tracking is available down to city level and the price-performance ratio is very good. As a small SEO agency, I can definitely recommend SERanking.

De keyword tracking is niet correct. Wanneer ik enkele keywords ingeef om te tracken, dan klopt deze positie totaal niet. Als ik dezelfde keywords in SERanking dan ingeef in the SERP tool, dan geeft dit totaal andere resultaten. We zitten dus helaas met een tool die foutieve en totaal tegenstrijdige resultaten geeft, zelfs in hun eigen programma...

The software is ok, but support difficult to get hold of. My renewal for my annual subscription is due on the 21/11/2024 (as shown within my dashboard) but today 19/11/2024 the subscription has come out and doubled in price compared to what I have paid the last two years. Not really acceptable so have fully cancelled my service and have requested a full refund from 2checkout the payment provider as I can’t get hold of SE Ranking.

I was approached about a PPC remote job through SE Ranking. I was trained and learned I had to 'deposit' money to start the PPC job each day. Each transaction earned a 'commission' but some combination transactions earned 10 times commission but they also sent your deposit balance to a negative balance. You could not finish the transactions until the negative balance is cleared. After depositing over $20,000, I can no longer cover the negative balance of over $37,000. I am asking for return of all deposited money. Keep the commissions for the work I did. I have filed a fraud claim with the Federal Trade Commission.

I didn't use the service for almost 2 years but they still charged me for €900. They just took it and don't want to refund when I told them I did not want to use their service. The customer service refuses to help me. And replying on their e-mail is not possible.

So I'm a new business with very little money to splash around. I looked a many diffrent options and SE was the one i picked. I can recommend it as a very good tool and easy to use. I did run into a problem twice and contacted customer support once you get past the message bot they are amazing and really helpful. so give this product 10 out of 10.
