Keyword research, Competitors research, SERP audit and website audit are great. Content creation is good when you invest a lot of time in promt. The only thing I would change is interface - it is not always clear to navigate. With one year subscription I accomplished comparibable amount of research as external agency were doing in a year.

Slow support. Not much help available. The tool works OK for tracking, although a lot of data on things liek the site audit seems to be broken/not functioning well. When you look for support there is none to be found. They take days to respond and very rarely find any solutions for you.

The product itself is actually quite good. BUT if something (God forbid) goes wrong on a Friday before the weekend and you’re in the U.S., be aware — you won’t get any support until Monday evening. I really hope they solve this issue and improve their support, because in my opinion, they have a solid product. I’ve already been waiting 5 days for the agent who was assigned to me to get in touch. :(

Support team is always quick to respond. The ranking results seem to be accurate and I’ve experienced no downtime. I took away one star because the overall feel of the program is kind of clunky.
