Having used several SEO platforms I stuck with SERanking because it lets me track a large number of KWs across multiple projects at a reasonable price. It also has a comprehensive set of features, even letting me track my YouTube channel. After a year or so of use I bumped into an issue with some incorrect rank tracking after a core update, which was when I had my first interaction with SE Ranking support. Instead of the typical tedious requests for screenshots, clearing your browser cache, etc. they actually just investigated and fixed the problem right away, which was really refreshing and motivated me to write this review.
