I found the shopping and checkout experience easy. The only thing is I wish I would have gotten an estimated delivery date.

The service for this product is horrible. I have been overcharged and then I was treated as if I was trying to scam you guys. All I wanted to do was get it reversed you said it’s already been sent out there’s nothing you could do. I have a receipt that shows one price you guys charge me a different one. It’s awful I’m never ordering from you again.

A recent follower of the eye cream product and am seeing an improvement.

Sera labs cream have seem to be one of the better creams for my knee pain. However there was a cream that was discontinued which I really liked with heat aspect that I hope you bring back
