I have been using the CBD oil from Sera Lab for about 2 years now. I suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis, this oil has been heaven sent. I highly recommend it.

Would like more of clarity on dosage of the product - how much is in a dropper - how much suggested dosage should be taken.

I really like their gummies and tinctures (which I apply topically to my shoulder). I recently used the pain cream rollon on my knee and it really helped me get back to my exercise routine.

not always consistent in getting follow up email confirmation for orders. Not as foolproof as other on line vendors, but always responsive when I have an issue.

Love the product but still have not received my order. Dump shipping USPS.

Placed an order 11/25/2020 it was to be for $69 ?? and the total showed $138.95 ?? I cancelled it immediately on same screen. Then I get email saying it has shipped! Replied not to ship it was cancelled! My Discover was chgd even after Discover called re sale and was told that it was cancelled. Product arrived 😡😡called Sera Labs they gave me an RMA #. Put RMA # on pkg and put return to sender and took to post office. Next thing we know we get pkg redelivered looks like it was opened? Took back to post office and explained and they stamped returned to sender ! We are being charged again for the product and have NO PRODUCT!! I feel the company is being unscrupulous!! Buyer Beware!!

Check out was a little confusing. One email said my order went through, the other said it didn't. I believe it did. I will tell you more upon receiving the product as to whether or not I feel it was helpful. Nicely designed website. I taught designing websites for older adults in Gerontechnology at USC and it was very older adult friendly.
