They have no subscription but they keep sending and charging me . Cancelled subscription anyway still keep sending and charging me

I would give no stars if I could. I purchased the SeraLabs. Hair revive at the end of last year and all of a sudden yesterday I get three new bottles of it in the mail. I did not order more, yet they shipped them to me and without authorization, charged $102.50 to my charge card. I have sent several emails with no response, so I could ship them back. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges. They can’t use the excuse that I had a subscription because I checked this morning using my email and it said that I didn’t have a subscription. So now, I want an address to send this stuff back and I demand for the charge to be taken off of my charge card. It’s very clear that this company is just another scam company. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office in Colorado to file a complaint against them. I would think it would be against the law to place a charge on someone’s charge card without their consent and that’s exactly what they have done.

Awful , its a con . Didnt receive anything then no contact . Terrible in the fact taken my money and have tried to contact on many occasions . Do not buy from this company

Be wary of this site! In ordering cbd products I was quoted a price to obtain and they tried to increase that quote by $100,00! Very fraudulent practices!! Order elseware!!

My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing anything from Sera Labs is, "DO NOT DO IT"!! I bought a "buy two - get one free" offer and they changed the order to a quantity of five items. I called them within five minutes of placing the order and they refused to cancel or change the order saying "the order is already being processed and cannot be changed". They tried to offer me a 10% discount to keep the order. If they allow you to return an order, DO NOT DO IT!! They will impose exorbitant restocking fees! (read the return policy). If you paid with a credit card, your best option is to forego all the aggravation of dealing with scammers. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK and ask for the dispute department and let them handle it. They are really good at what they do.

My experience with Sera Labs is less than stellar. From the beginning this order has been nothing but problems. The original order from the web site was misleading as I was charged for two products and not one as stated on the web site. A discount was offered vs. a refund which I declined. I have followed the refund procedures as requested and still no refund. The items were returned was returned 45 days ago and after two phone calls still no idea on the refund. I would not recommend Sera Labs whatsoever.

I placed an order on 1/6/23 at 10:22 pm. I checked the $60 option. I proceeded to check out. There was no "review order" option. It just completed the purchase. I received an email saying that the order was for $243.09. I immediately emailed them asking them to either correct the order or cancel it. The next morning they offered me a 10% discount. I declined and asked them to cancel the order. They offered me a 20% discount. I declined and asked them to cancel the order. They offered me a 35% discount. I declined and asked them to cancel the order. Then, I received a notification that the order had shipped. I emailed them again asking them why it shipped when I had asked them repeatedly to cancel the order. They said that once the order is made, they are not able to stop the shipment. I called, and they said that now that the order has shipped, they can no longer offer the discount. They also said that they can't reveal the location of their business, the names of the managers and that the managers were in a meeting (essentially, they will always be in a meeting). I highly recommend that you not purchase from this company.

I never write reviews but i had to on this one. This company is a scam. They don't show you an order total until after you've gone too far. FYI it will be $150 no matter how few of bottles you order. All I wanted was to try 1 bottle!!! And then even if you immediately contact them to cancel the order like I did, they won't cancel it. They will still ship it 3 days later and you have to pay shipping back and restocking fees. I sent 5 emails and talked to 2 people to cancel and all I got were offers for a discount to keep it and get a minor refund. What a complete joke! Playing on people desperate to find a remedy for tinnitus. Beware of anything from this place!!!!!
