I've never been allergic to anything, but this product gave me an eye infection. After 4 days of using it, I developed an infection and sties in my eye. I contacted a doctor and received antibiotic eye drops. Three weeks later, thinking maybe it was a fluke, I used the product again for 3 days. Not a fluke, I got the same infection. I had bought two bottles; the company will only refund the unopened one. I was also responsible for the shipping costs and getting a tracking number along with a restocking fee (which I have yet to know what it is). I bought this on a whim seeing Nicole Kidman supported it. Highly disappointed. Update 9/11/23-Seratopical rep reached out and refunded my total order. I am still taking care of the eye infection but really appreciate the customer service. Thank you Jamie!

Ordered $80 serum. Watched the tracking as it was delivered to the wrong address/zip code. Filed a claim with USPS who came back and said "misdelivered, sorry, contact the vendor". Multiple emails and calls, nothing. Now working with credit card company to get a refund. EDIT: the response tells me to send mail to the same email address I've sent 5 emails to with no response. EDIT: almost a month later and several bad reviews left different places, someone contacted me. They shipped me the product, which I received and am pleased with. So I'm upping the rating to three stars - it shouldn't have taken SO MUCH EFFORT to get a response, but I did eventually get one.

I received my order for Freedom day/night cream. First of all the jar was not sealed and about 3/4 full. And, the invoice said, not packed for retail???? I called them immediately and the customer service person said, send a picture I did and heard nothing back. Besides that the product does nothing. I also bought some hand oil. That also does nothing. Save your money. Shame on you Nicole! UPDATE. I did receive a completely new and sealed jar of the Freedom day and night cream. They also sent a sample of another product. This is why I will update my review from 1 star to 3 stars.... for their very good customer service. I'm still not crazy about the product but I will keep using and give it a chance.

The face oil did not agree with me. I have now some redness in face.

This is the first time I've ordered your products. After completing my order I received a "Declined" message from Capital One. I wanted to try your products so I placed my order a second time. Unbeknownst to me Capital One had gone ahead and approved my order the first time. I received a message from you indicating I had already placed one order that had been approve and now I had placed a second order. I have had your products in the past and did a study which products worked best for me. I must say, that I have received better pain control and anxiety relief with your products . The capsules and gummy. The oil I don't think I tolerate as well.

Reading through your product literature is confusing --- On the one hand, you caution not to use lotions, sprays etc.. with your basic facial products and then two lines later the instructions say "apply, allow to dry before applying other moisturizers" or something to that effect -- Leaves the reader unable to figure out how to work the product into an existing routine --

Check out was a little confusing. One email said my order went through, the other said it didn't. I believe it did. I will tell you more upon receiving the product as to whether or not I feel it was helpful. Nicely designed website. I taught designing websites for older adults in Gerontechnology at USC and it was very older adult friendly.
