Servizio clienti un po’ approssimativo, a fronte di una spesa di 122 euro per un profumo nemmeno un pacchetto regalo o qualche campioncini omaggio .. direi abbastanza basico per un brand che vuole ostentare una cura e una ricercatezza di cui però manca il concetto basilare.

Buona sera , oggi ho acquistato da sephora a Bari in via Sparano. Arrivata alla casa ho fatto presente che avevo uno sconto del 10% comunicatomi da voi con una mail ed un codice. La commessa ha cercato in tutti i modi di farmi acquistare un ulteriore prodotto dicendomi che mancavano dei punti. Solo dopo la mia insistenza e mostrando la mail mi ha applicato lo sconto con il solo prodotto da me scelto. Non mi è per niente piaciuto questo tipo di comportamento da parte della commessa. Sinceramente in cassa c'erano ragazzine con poca esperienza ed un po pagliaccette.

I absolutely 💯 %am in love with sephora!! Minus the outrageous pricing though.

Excited to purchase the Fenty Shampoo & Conditioner… The Evri courier service was exceptional. The Sephora UK packaging was fabulous - I loved the attention to detail - the black and white inner sleeved of the packaging and the black and white tissue paper - thoughtful and inspiring. The shampoo and conditioner smelt delightful.... Adding a small amount of mouse to the finished conditioned wet hair - I waited with anticipation to see if my voluminous hair would spiral without a diffuser - exceptional result. I would recommend Fenty Beauty without exception. Congratulations Fenty Beauty Team on a product that works and gives fabulous results. Wishing all at the Fenty Beauty Team all the best. If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a $150 gift card from Sephora and the amount was deducted straigaway and I received an email that they will process it and send a separate email with the link to the gift card. Minutes later I received an email that they couldn't process it and that a refund will be issued with no clear message as to why it could not be processed. I still haven't received my refund and I've been trying to contact sephora with no response apart from the automated "we will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours". Up on checking their community page I see that many people have posted about this scam and never received their refunds! This is so unethical and unacceptable!
