Order took a while to get dispatched, but the issue was with the partner seller, not Sephora. I contacted the customer service via webchat (very easy to find and get through to someone), and the agent immediately sorted the issue. Even the partner, Mashco, was quick at responding to my email. I am happy with my purchase.

Eyeliner received broken and since then contacted the Sephora team for refund and heard nothing back.Avoid at all cost.

Mi reco in negozio in centro a Roma per acquistare il fondotinta Nars Light Reflecting nella colorazione Oslo, visto che l'applicazione mi dava la disponibilità proprio in quel negozio. Sorpresa sorpresa in negozio era sold out (questa cosa mi è capitata spesso) e online la consegna a domicilio di quella colorazione non è disponibile. In tutta Roma è disponibile in un unico negozio, che è anche il più irraggiungibile. Così l'inclusività delle 36 colorazioni del brand è INUTILE.

Basically taken monthly subscription payment on the 1st of December and haven't sent any goods. It's now the 8th of December. My subscription details have disappeared from website. I contacted sephora who said that my payment had failed. Bank statement says they have taken the payment. I will not be buying from Sephora again!!!

Colis non encore reçu après deux semaines - il fait des aller retour entre pays et on me dit que si je ne viens pas le chercher quand il sera arrivé (je serai alors absente) je ne serai pas remboursée car fautive de ne pas être venue. Ne commandez jamais en point relais chez sephora…..

I was forced to give 1 star because if I could I would give no stars. I was not shocked that I came to trust pilot to find they have 1.4 rating-it fits. Sephora by far has the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encounteted. I would rather shop from a random vender on the streets. They have no regard for your time or individualized situation. To say im disgusted by the morale of their company is a compliment. SEPHORA- DO BETTER. Properly retrain your employees and review your policies as they DO NOT accomdate your loyal customers or those who even bother to potientially shop with you. Needless to say I will not spend a cent of my money or allow anyone I know to spend their money at Sephora.

By having a decent contact email. If you have an issue you cannot get through on chat either. I messed about for ages trying to get through. I gave up & am out of pocket by £28. Will not shop here again & warn others:)
