Why ask for sample choices when Sephora just send anything? Will not order again!

I went to Sephora in Spitalfields to have a look around the shop as it’s brand new. I was very excited to browse the products and possibly treat myself. Whilst walking around I could see a security guard following me around the shop which made me very uncomfortable. After a while I left and hadn’t bought anything. This same security guard yelled after me once I was a few paces out of the shop. Basically accusing me of stealing something which I HAD NOT. I spoke to the manager and he was very kind but overall it was a really nasty experience as I felt very targeted for no valid reason.
