Dålig service. Personalen pratar med fräckhet, har ingen förståelse. Exempel är att när jag bad om att få en ny vara skickad till mig eftersom paketet var sönder, fick inte jag något för detta eller ny vara tror jag. Ett annat är att jag ringde för att nänma att ett paket som jag har beställt hemskickat skickas istället hos ombud trots att jag hela tiden klickar på hemleverans. Personalen lyssnar inte ens på en, vill inte ens hitta en lösning, har sympati, förståelse, vill mötas även i mitten. De tycker att de vet allt, skyller på kunden, vet bättre, tystar ner en, de har inte lust att hjälpa en eller prata och pratar på detta sätt. Som kund får jag dålig känsla och energi samt att jag inte vill längre ha med sephora att göra, blir inte hörd, har inte energi att handskas med de. Blir orättvisst behandlat och inte hörd. Priserna på produkterna är dessutom jätte dyra och man ska betala dessutom frakt till ett visst belopp

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered makeup online and made the mistake to use my points to get free samples. They used OnTrac to deliver my order. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Why would Sephora ship such expensive products through such a horrible delivery company that has 1 star review across all platforms. Now I lost my money + my Sephora points. They do not want to refund me because the items were marked as delivered. It is abysmal
