Product claims are deceiving. I've used this cream for over one month, and have not noticed any changes with my hyperpigmentation.

I have discolored skin from ongoing acne issues and since using the product I see a noticeable difference in the dark spots but also the texture of my face. This is the first product that I have used that has truly helped and didn't leave me with dry peeling skin.

Received my product, boxes dented, not really product. The real one is sold on TIKTOK, this is a bogus product everyone who purchased it is being charged x2 for profits, freeze your cards ladies, they are going to clean your accounts out. Purchase on TIKTOK from the real distributor starts with a Toon something like that.The real product comes in non-plastic tubes.TOSOWOOG is the real product

I’ll never order from this company again the cream works but worked on the wrong part of my skin now the tip of my nose is lighter then the rest of my facial skin and behold the dark spot is still there no improvements whatsoever so i message them twice two days ago and i have yet to get a response back they have very poor customer service communication with their customers so no I don’t and wouldn’t recommend this product Ok so I finally got a respond after I did this review on this company and their trying to say they responded to my message which no they did not so please don’t let this company fool you guys and they talking about making things right how can they make this right when the cream made the tip of my nose lighter oh and they say don’t put nothing else put their cream what the hell they think I’ve been doing instead of asking how I was using the cream they just insinuating that I’m not using it right like if I’m stupid to use two different creams on my face especially with different ingredients Ok so this company offered me a solution like aome more cream or a refund which I said refund especially since it did what it did to my skin anyway now here the come again just cause I said refund they said they don’t offer refund so if they don’t offer refunds why as me and their policy is that if not satisfied they offer refunds but here they are with their lies again so not please don’t waste your time with this company on no given day or time

I'm sorry to hear if you weren't able to see our messages, but our team is consistently responding within 1-2 days of receiving emails. As for your concern about the results of the product -- what you're describing with lightening on the tip of your nose isn't an expected result, and we want to help you get the results you should be seeing. A few tips that can make a big difference: apply a thin layer, let it fully absorb before applying anything else, and use it consistently once daily rather than layering extra product to speed things up. Overlapping onto the surrounding skin or applying more than directed can cause it to affect the area beyond the spot, which sounds like what may have happened here.
