I placed 2 large orders from this company. They immediately sent me shipping confirmations with tracking numbers. After waiting about 3 weeks, I pulled up the tracking information only to find out that the items were never sent. When I contacted the company to find out what was going on, they acknowledged it and said they had run out of product and didn’t know when they get restocked. When I asked for a cancellation and refund, they stopped responding. They stole quite a bit of money from me. I guess I will have to dispute the charges with VISA. Very disappointing experience. Update in response to their reply. They did not get back to me within 24 hours of my emails as they have claimed and I can prove it. After many frustrating conversations going back and forth with them, they finally claimed (on the same day as their reply to my review) to have issued a refund for the missing orders. I have not yet received it.

I could give -ve and below zero, reviews for this company. I have not received my order since August 3rd 2026, they only responded to me once and I never got my products, neither did I get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have heard a lot of people reporting the same issue about them. Beware of these scammers Or you will find yourself crying. I will have to report to my bank.

We'd like to clarify though that the only order showing under your name in our records was placed in April and was delivered successfully on May 6th, so we're unsure which August order you're referring to. I recently purchased this. 1. They charged me for another 2 creams while I never agree to create a subscription 2. My skin gave sort of dry patches and I had to use baby cream for sometime to recover.

I loved this cream. It really works. What I DIDN'T LIKE is receiving an order EVERY month, while it clearly shows an order EVERY SIX MONTHS. I cancelled my order due to this shipping issue.

To clarify, our checkout page shows the subscription in writing as "delivery every 30 days" — we don't currently offer a 6-month subscription option on our website. That said, we're happy to accommodate a different frequency if that would work better for you going forward, just let us know at [email protected] and our team would be happy to assist you!

I believe that your product works...the cream seems to work better & faster than other products I've used. Some have vitamin C & others had hydroquinone (which I learned is a possible carcinogen). I must admit that I have only used Seora, consistently, for about 30d. I do notice my spots lightening.
