This company is a total SCAM!! They switch your single purchase to a subscription without authorization. Then their cancellation process keeps giving you error or “use correct format! So I called to cancel, was told it would be done, it wasn’t! Went back to the cancellation section, was finally able to cancel successfully, so I thought! They are still taking money out of my account!! Sometimes twice a month! The bank can’t stop them, I would have to close my card out, and notify all of my creditors! I am seeking legal help, I know I’m not the only one! Original one time purchase was 4/1/26, they are still taking money as of 6/23/26.

Ethics and integrity are important to me. I ordered yesterday from their website after seeing a reel on social media. I am always VERY careful when ordering, and I am 100% certain that I saw the subscription option, but did NOT select it. I reviewed my cart. I went back into the cart to review again. I paid VERY close attention during checkout. No mention of the subscription. Upon completing the order, within seconds I received a message from my credit card that a subscription has been set up. Oh, hell no. I went to the website, logged in, and was easily able to go into my profile and cancel the subscription -- but that's the most dishonest, scammy behavior imaginable. Even if the product is good, I will NOT buy it again, nor will I recommend this product or company to ANYONE. But with behavior like that right out of the gate, I have no expectation that this product is anything that worthless bullshit.

They use "cute" commerical ads to get you to buy. It's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT because they only send you one tube! I will never buy from them again! Hey y'all CONTACT ME AND WE CAN START A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!!

So far so good, my package came alot quicker than I thought, ive use a couple of times and my skin is glowing, I notices in the reviews people have kept saying they are a scam and they keep taking money, which is not true, u simply unlick the recurring payment section. It's that simple or if u have go I to an email down the bottom is a customer service email message and ask to have it stopped.. I believe I will be bying this again. I'll update as time goes on

This is a scam!!! I have received auto deliveries after ordering Seora Skin cream 1 time. There is no way I could use 2 tubes in 1 month, haven't even used it yet and received notification 3rd shipment enroute. Do Not order, they will charge your card without authorization.

I can say that my skin is glowing more and I’ve received many compliments. I have a 2nd degree burn on my cheek and the only reason I ordered. I would have given a 5 star but they keep taking payments without my authorization. But I do receive my 2 creams and because it works , I’m ok. For now…

if there was a zero I would put zero. only ordered 1 trial. they kept sending more charging more. as if i can finish 2 tubes monthly. couldnt cancel. very disapointed. not happy

I only ordered once. I received 2 tubes. My skin has never been so moisturized without being greasy. I'm not sure how well it fades dark spots, only time will tell. But immediately skin is hydrated. Works well under other skincare products so I will continue using just for that.
