This business does dirty tactics like putting you on a prescription. Being that most businesses do this it's become very common unfortunately. My wife did say it has definitely helped her skin, but the main reason for this review is to let people know the way they do business. They did offer her half but once again they know this is common with their tactics and that's how they continue to make make money.

We want to clarify one thing: we believe you may be referring to our subscription service, as we don't offer or require any prescription to purchase. To be clear, our subscription option is entirely optional at checkout — customers can choose a one-time purchase instead, and the subscription can be cancelled anytime by the customers through their account portal anytime. We take it seriously if that wasn't clear in the moment, rather than treating it as just how things are done. We weren't able to locate an order under your name, as it looks like the purchase was made under your wife's name.
