We just activated our Senior Safety home monitor for my mother. The process was just as it was described in the brochure and easy and simple for my mother to understand.

I was searching for a system that would assist my elderly mother who resides alone in case of an emergency. I first conducted a search over the internet and several companies were advertised. I contacted one of the companies whose name I recognized from a commercial on television. I was informed about their product and the cost. I found their installation and monthly cost too high for elderly citizens living on fixed incomes. I had my mother contact her insurance provider who did not provide such a service, but recommended 'Senior Safety.' I contacted 'Senior Safety' and was throughly informed about their product and the affordable cost, which was considerably less than the other company. Affordability and the Peace of Mind knowing my mother's safety would now be in good hands gave me much relief. From my initial contact to the final agreement of making 'Senior Safety' the provider was a smooth transition. I must add the staff that I spoke with were very professional, kind and considerate and made doing business with 'Senior Safety' a pleasure.
