I called with questions about setting up an account for my 87yo mother. The representative I spoke with answered my questions in ways I could turn around and explain them to my mother. Set up was very easy, and the response time on the intital test was quick.

The person I talked to when I called was awesome. No hard sell, just all the information I needed. Set up and testing the equipment was quick and easy to understand.
