We were very hesitant about getting set up with the alert program, however the gentleman helping us was not only patient, knowledgeable, but kind and willing to answer any questions and concerns, easing our minds and getting us set up that day, with the arrival of the unit within a few days.

They have been extremely helpful with getting the system for my mother. Unfortunately before the system arrived my mother fell and broke her hip and is now back in the hospital then back to rehab. They said just mark refused on the package and I will get a full refund.
