This was a simple process to order an alert necklace for my mother-in-law. This company has been so pleasant to deal with. My mother-in-law has set the alert off accidentally 3 times now and each time the response was quick and support was so kind and friendly. There was a fire at the company that provided phone service so we could no longer use the Alert service we had. Senior Safety provides service equipment that simply plugs into an electrical outlet and is immediately active. This is a company I highly recommend.
