All worked as stated in the ad and I'm pleased with the system.

They haven't done anything wrong yet.

This may wind up being a 5-star or maybe a 3-star once my Mom leaves rehab and makes it home. But trying to decide whether to purchase this or not I spoke with customer service a few times. Always very helpful over the phone. Once the product my brother did the install (advanced system) and he said it was very easy. He tested it and said so far it works flawlessly. I guess the big test will be once my Mom needs it which I hope is never.

I'm impressed with the quick shipment of your product and the ease of set up. My father is 88 and not computer or technology savvy but was able to get the system running on his own. Since I live 16 hours from him you are helping my peace of mind knowing that if something happens help will be there for him.

Excellent service, responds in seconds. Easy to set up, easy to use. Fall detector takes some getting used to being careful when dressing not to set it off.
