My father lives alone and recently fell and broke his hip. We needed something for him to continue to be able to live at home where he is comfortable and know that he can be safe and get help at any time. We have had the system for less than a month at this point, but the initial contact was very smooth. They were very informative about the equipment and procedures. Purchasing was easy and everything was delivered in 3 days. The system was easily set up and testing went well. The range for outside was much farther than I thought it would be. Thankfully we haven't had any emergencies, but the second day my father was wearing the fall alert pendant, he took it off to take a shower. (he didn't understand it was waterproof) He casually tossed the pendant onto the bed. It immediately registered a fall and there was an operator on the phone in about 30 seconds! The operator was very thorough in making sure there wasn't an accident and was happy to know the equipment was working properly if it had been a real emergency. I'm very happy to have the service, it gives me peace of mind knowing he can get help if he needs it, especially when I'm not there.

We recently got the cellular unit for my Mother. The customer service was very good, they were informative about the unit that would work best for our needs without being pushy and trying to up sell. The unit arrived within a few days and was online in less than one minute. The testing went well and the quality of the audio was great. Hopefully we will never have to use the service but the confidence we now have is worth the money.

Still new to this for my mother in law but very happy so far. She has called in a few times by error just learning the system and the necklace and they are very kind and patient.

Just connected the system yesterday for my 94 year old mother. Easy to hook up. So far I have found their customer service very helpful and friendly. I like their adds. They provide all the info and pricing up front. Price was right and the free lock box was something I wanted since her apt. is in a secure bldg. Other systems that I was interested in never tell you everything without someone having to call to give you a price. I never quite trust that type of salesmanship. You never know if the price is the best you can get. Very happy with the unit. Hopefully we will never need it, but I am confident it will work fine.

I got this with to fall detector necklaces for my parents the customer service was outstanding and I now have peace of mind.

Only had it a day but the test went well and I feel it will be a great asset to my father.
