I signed up a fortnight ago, and I am impressed with the quick, great friendly support so far. I am rating 4 star for now but will review this as I go along on this SendFox journey. BTW I am just on the free plan.

I've used mailchimp for years but saw SendFox through AppSumo. I have found many gems through AppSumo so decided to try this. It's awesome! They help you with content, link your social media sites and it's fairly easy to use for this gal who is not so technologically advanced. I had a few challenges at first, but now it's a breeze.

I have tried by all means to obtain the essence of Sendfox in a self-taught way in order not to disturb the helpdesk repeatedly. After two intermittent months of personal effort I have concluded that Sendfox is a scam due to the incompleteness of its configuration since it fails too much and should not be done if it is released under the excuse of being cheap. Finally I took the trouble to get help from the support service and also another fisaco, After all these vicissitudes they deny me the refund of the 50 $. Judge for yourself ... Do not be fooled. Cheap is expensive. I do not recommend it. And also they do not return your money.

SendFox is a great simple email marketing tool. The free plan is very powerful (automation, landing pages, forms, etc.) & I actually don't mind SendFox branding as I think their branding is fun. If you're a very large creator with multiple campaigns, SendFox might not be for you, as (currently) there's only a universal "unsubscribe" for customers, but it's perfect for smaller creators
