The price is good, though it's on the clumsy side compared to MailerLite or other alternatives. It's a good bunch who are behind it, so I hope that over time it will be more user-friendly. Unfortunately, they "optimize" emails, meaning that they may send to only HALF your list for unclear reasons. Their site says they do this if the open rate is poor (mine wasn't), there are a higher number of unsubscribes (not the case), or spam complaints (I can't see where to find that date on SendFox). This is discouraging when I have a new release in a week, and no way to notify half of my list, and no clear reason why.

It's ok. I'm using it for simple email notifications about courses in conjunction with Wishlist Member. It works for this because you can have unlimited email lists without paying extra. However you can't set up automatically recurring emails, you can't put emails in folders, you can tag emails but can't seem to organise them by tags. You can set up automatic emails but there is no option to send them only to new members of the list - so everyone on that list gets them when they are first set up, which is not ideal. Overall it works but it's pretty basic. I'd love to find something that integrates better with Wishlist Member without being very expensive.

It's smart, it's fairly easy to use once you've gone through the Youtube tutorials. I can put the same person in different list and it's not counted as a duplicate. It can help me pull a smart email campaign from the blog I put up. I can tag and send only to those tagged as e.g. "X". For these, it wins the Marketing platform I'm using now. My only gripe is the BUTTON LINK is always giving my recipients the same problem. For every email sent, I have to reply at least 15 emails to why it says "Too many...after I clicked", "Is the server busy"? And the reply from SendFox is that if there are 5 clicks from the same IP address, the link won't work. And TBH, I've also tested it as a recipient for all my emails. Sometimes the 1st click may not even work - so odd! I checked to the Support Team, there's nothing they can do. So now, I have to type out the URL and inform ppl to Copy and Paste the URL to another browser. It's a bummer and I wish the Sendfox team can fix this cos I can have more than 5 people within the same company clicking the email that I sent.

Sendfox is simply one of the best email auto responders. Very simple to use. However I trust you're working on enhancing more features. I love sendfox.

Switched to Sendfox from another provider as I was tempted by the price. I think I made a big mistake. 1. As soon as I imported my old list (in the 1000s), and sent my first campaign, I got a 'warming up' notification. That means they are testing my sender reputation which is fine but no mention of that when I switched. (Bet it's in some small print in the ToC). 2. There is no API Key - not API access - a Key. 3. There is no unsubscribe preference option(s). I'll give them a while longer but if I find any more snags, I'll ditch them. Cheap often doesn't mean good.
