I started using SendFox a while ago, and I just can say: it rocks, I know it doesnt have all the features that you would get on Mailchimp or other more "bigger" companies, but it has everything that a content creator (blogger, writer, photographer, etc) would need to grow and manage their mailing list. Of course there's work to do, but for the price you're paying (I'm writing this when a Lifetime offer is active), you're getting a great service and they're adding new features every month. If you're a content creator of any kind, and need something cheaper but GREAT to manage your lists, SendFox is the answer.

Like many people, I was skeptical to switch to a new email service provider. Originally, I was just curious to try out the new tool. However, the simple layout, fast and personal customer support, and intentional "lean" approach to adding features made me stick around. I feel like SendFox is getting built just for me and my needs. Highly recommend it.

Srba M. has now helped me two separate issues, on different occasions, regarding Sendfox. Both times service was prompt and efficient, and this last time Srba M even suggested a way for me to not just solve the problem, but also to arrange my newsletter sendings that will get a higher open rate! I’m happy with the customer support! Sendfox itself is the cheapest option for newsletter services, especially if you factor in the hidden costs that others don’t mention up front such as having to pay for a cloud service or a domain name. With Sendfox that is all included, no hidden costs! It comes the personalization that many don’t, such as including a first name of the recipient. It also includes automations if you like, even a drip through automation, and it has ways to clean your lists too.

Samantha and the team at SendFox have been a huge help with my migration from ConvertKit. They have done a lot of the heavy lifting saving me time, frustration, and energy and SendFox is saving me a ton of money!

Everything from a clean and easy interface to affordable software and prompt support, they've got it all right! Also, knowing that Sumo is the company behind this project gives peace of mind.

I paid for a Lifetime account and after i sent a few e-mails the sendfox team closed my account because i sent "affiliate emails". In fact the e-mails was sent from one domain to another and both domains are mine. The considered that my emails were spam. The ugly part is that my list of subscribers is now gone. Over 9000 subscribers which i can not recover anymore because the sendfox.com team was not able to ask me before they closed my account instantly.
