We guarantee to advertise your ownership on our platform until you receive and accept an offer. However, we cannot—and do not—guarantee a specific timeframe to receive an offer or complete a sale, as various factors such as location, asking price, ownership type, and overall market conditions can impact the process. A customer service representative spoke with you, addressed your concerns, and offered suggestions on how to remain competitive in the market, such as adjusting your listing price. Since your initial signup, we have continued to advertise your timeshare at no additional cost. During that same phone call, you informed us that you no longer own the timeshare, so we have removed your advertisement from our platform.
