They are horrible!!! I have over 130 items listed and not a single sale in over a month!! They are suppressing all of my items in favor of bigger sellers!! They are a waste of time! I now need to find a new platform to sell on. They are happy to take your money, they will nitpick and if your product's name comes close to a trademark they take it down..WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I closed my seller account today, having had it for a few years. The platform has become progressively more frustrating to use over the years, and customer service is appalling. As others have said, Amazon seem to support/almost encourage buyer scams. They always support buyers even when a scam is obvious. I saw a pattern, told them the buyer was going to claim non receipt because of previous experience and they still refunded.

The amount of time I've wasted on this has been unbelievable. So painfully bad to deal with. So clunky and counter intuitive, and the staff have zero clue. Shockingly poor. Practically traumatizing.

It's really sad. A tool couldn't be more complicated and prone to errors. It's certainly complex, but nothing works and you can't see through it. I've been selling on Amazon for years, but I don't recommend it to anyone! It will only ruin you and probably cost you a lot of money, as most people fail. Amazon is truly my personal nightmare.

Amazon are the worst company to deal with period!!! I have an account to sell our products but it isn't, and never has, worked but try getting someone to sort out the problem for you...just forget it they won't cos they don't care just like Google. I've tried and tried and tried but nope still can't use my account and can't delete it either!!!

Don’t sell on amazon They encourage fraudulent so called buyers who can scam small businesses which Amazon encourages by refunding thrives and scammers with no questions asked. It’s not their money it’s the poor profit made by the small business that loose out Unless your a big company share you business with a platform that will not steal your money Amazon encourages fraudulent and dishonest transactions as long as it’s not their money

Als Verkäufer auf Amazon verloren... Finger weg vom Versuch, auf Amazon zu verkaufen! Nach über 500 Stunden hast du endlich deinen Shop erstellt, alle Auflagen der Deutschen, der EU und der Amazon Vorschriften erfüllt. Dein Shop läuft und du machst die ersten 1000 Euro Umsatz... und dann wird dein Shop gehackt - trotz 2FA. Und Amazon hat dann plötzlich KEINEN KUNDENSERVICE. Nichts! Du stehst wochenlang im Regen und mußt einen teuren Anwalt schalten um vielleicht aus der Sache rauszukommen. Amazon Seller ? ... wirf lieber gleich dein Geld zum Fenster raus!

I placed an order on Amazon.in (Order ID: 402-5423599-4205911) and received the package with a missing item. After raising a return request, I was asked to self-ship the item, which I did via DTDC on 26th June. The courier was delivered to the seller on 30th June, as confirmed by the tracking ID. But when I contacted Amazon support on 26th July, they rejected my refund, claiming the courier receipt was invalid, despite the fact that the package was successfully delivered. What’s even more disappointing is how the support team cut the call while I was still explaining the situation. That’s not just bad service — that’s disrespectful. I followed every instruction, provided valid proof, and still got denied. This experience has shaken my trust in Amazon. If a simple return becomes this complicated, what can customers rely on? Amazon must seriously rethink how it handles return cases and treat customers with more fairness and professionalism.
