I bought a gemini necklace as a birthday gift for my sister. It came in a nice box and well-packed. Very good for gift.

I definitely do not recommend it. After placing my order, I didn't hear anything for over a month. When I contacted customer service multiple times, they told me that the product was not available. After several more weeks, it finally became available, and I received it. Unfortunately, the quality of the jewelry is also very disappointing. Charms keep falling off, and the effort and price were simply not worth it.

This lily of the valley necklace look exactly like the photo. It was made of pearls with a nice weight. I wear it almost all day and it doesn't hurt my skin.

I ordered from this company and upon first wear, the ring was beautiful and comfortable. However, upon only second wear, one of the stones has fallen out. I have spent over 2 weeks trying to contact the support team to assist with this, with no response or even acknowledgement from Selenichast. Really disappointing as the item was beautiful and now unusable. Edit - following the company response received on 21 June, I awaited the email they said they had just sent to me to resolve this. No such email has been sent, and upon reviewing responses to other reviews, they've had a similar misleading response. AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY
