Delivery was timely.
I was able to put the unit together by myself. I don’t recommend some parts are heavy. It was simple to follow instruction and put together.
Very nice unit. Works well. Heats to 150 degrees very quickly.
Select Saunas followed up to see if I had any issues or questions.

The prices and service was very good
The prices were good. The service was excellent. There was a $100 coupon that wouldn't work with my order. Instead of waiting and contacting them, I just purchased the sauna.
I had inquired about the $100 right before I made the purchase. They actually called back and credited my account for the $100. They told me I could call in a couple days to find out when the delivery would be. Everything was very well wrapped and the delivery was fairly prompt.
Unfortunately, the top side panel was damaged during delivery. When I contacted them, they ordered a new one from the manufacturer and sent it on the way. Always polite and courteous. I purchased an Almost Heaven sauna. Much Better Built than I expected.

Select Sauna appears good on surface but can’t fix customer issues.
After 2-3 promised timelines and FOUR months for a replacement part that broke on the sauna they sold, I’ve given up. So much wasted time and back and forth.
Find a more reputable company that cares about ensuring their customers are taken care of.

We’re genuinely sorry you feel this way, but we do feel that we've taken very good care of you.
From day one, we went well beyond what was required of us. When your delivery had issues, we personally covered $250 in complimentary accessories out of our own pocket , not the shipping company and not the manufacturer.
When your bench later broke, SaunaLife determined it was not a warranty issue due to the way that it was installed. Despite that, we still placed the replacement order at our own expense because we felt it was the right thing to do.
On top of that, when you had an issue with a hygrometer and demanded a full refund instead of going through the warranty process, we still approved it, even though this goes outside of our stated policies, and we were not reimbursed.
Many customers choose to purchase through Select Saunas specifically because we step in like this and handle issues even when the manufacturer won’t.
We understand delays are frustrating, but replacement parts for these saunas ship internationally and lead times are ultimately dependent on both the manufacturer and freight carriers. We’ve continued to push for updates and advocate on your behalf the entire time.
We stand by the fact that we did care, particularly behind the scenes. I will reach out to you as soon as I have a more concrete ETA on your replacements.

Dream come true backyard sauna
I've been dreaming of a backyard sauna for years and finally made it happen! Ordered an outdoor barrel sauna from Saunalife, and it showed up on our drive in less than a week. The wood smells amazing and the sauna heats up fast. Highly recommend!
