Simple and easy to order you gave a straight answer on the delivery timeline. Best of all the price including backrests was the best deal online. Also, when I had a question, it was answer with email within a reasonable amount of time.

Seems like a common theme. I placed my order on March 2. 6-8 week deliver time frame. I have not heard any updates and its way past that time frame. I can not get a response vie email, phone, chat. Im starting to believe its a scam and they are keeping my money.

I placed an order with you almost a month ago and finally 2 weeks in I was told that the product I ordered would be out of stock until June. Knowing this, I agreed to switch to an “In stock” product and was told I would be followed up with the following week. None of this happened. I have yet to receive any communications after trying the chat feature on numerous occasions, calling, leaving messages, etc. It has been almost a month since I placed the order and still nothing. Can someone please tell me what is going on? You have my money, but have given me no indication of the product being shipped out. I understand you being a small business and dealing with high demand but this is beyond unacceptable. I would be more than happy to change this review if someone will just communicate.
