Thank you for sharing your feedback — we appreciate you taking the time to be honest about your experience. We understand how the branding could lead to assumptions, and we’re sorry for any confusion. While our knives are Japanese-inspired in design and craftsmanship standards, some of our products are manufactured and assembled in other locations, including China, depending on the specific model and production process. This helps us maintain consistent quality while offering different price points. We also aim to provide clear product details on each listing, including origin information, but we understand this can sometimes be overlooked during the buying process. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our team as we continue improving clarity for customers. We’re glad to hear that your ordering and shipping experience went smoothly, and we appreciate you giving us a try. —The Seido Knives Team 🔪✨
