I make knives for myself and I sharpen knives for all my cowokers and myself so I Know a little something about knives. I was very pleased with these knives right out the box they where very sharp and felt like a high quaility knife in your hand worth twice what you paid for it.Using them for ne felt very ergonomic and like i said vefore very sharp. You cant go wrong with these knives as long as you maintain them correctly they are high carbon so you wanna keep them clean and light coat of cooking oil on them then wipe dry.

Absolute Game-Changers in the Kitchen! I am thoroughly impressed with these knives. Right out of the box, the razor-sharp edge made effortless work of everything from delicate tomatoes to tough root vegetables. The balance and weight feel perfectly tailored to the hand, offering incredible control and reducing wrist fatigue during long prep sessions. Beyond their flawless performance, the craftsmanship and sleek design look absolutely beautiful on my counter. If you want professional-grade quality that makes cooking a pure joy, look no further. Highly recommended!

Not a good experience. I purchased a knife sharpener for more than $30. It's not worth more than $5. It's junk. When I complained, I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee, and that I would have to pay for shipping. They get you because there is no guarantee you will be happy with their product, and you can't return it without being penalized.
Response from Seido KnivesMay 10, 2026

While dissatisfaction with this product is quite rare, we completely respect that every customer may have different preferences and experiences. We also want to clarify that our return and refund policies, including the 20% restocking fee and return shipping responsibility, are publicly posted on our website prior to purchase to ensure transparency for all customers.
