Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify that our Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original owner. It does not serve as an unconditional replacement policy for any damage that occurs during use. Warranty claims are evaluated based on the nature of the damage, as factors such as improper use, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered. Regarding the Damascus pattern, our product pages clearly describe the materials and construction of each knife collection. Some collections feature authentic layered Damascus steel, while others incorporate decorative finishes depending on the specific model. We value all customer feedback and remain committed to providing quality products and responsive support. If you believe your knife experienced a manufacturing defect, we’re always happy to review the claim with photos and order details. —The Seido Knives Team 🔪✨

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the Mystery Knife promotion did not meet your expectations. Our Mystery Knife selection is rotated periodically, and the knives included change over time based on our promotional schedule and available inventory. In your case, your orders happened to fall within the same rotation period, which is why you received the same knife more than once. We understand how that could be disappointing, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a complimentary knife for the inconvenience, as we always strive to make things right whenever possible. Regarding your comments about customer service, we use AI to help provide quick initial responses so customers can receive assistance as soon as possible. However, every case is ultimately handled by a member of our support team, and we’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our promotions and our customer experience. —The Seido Knives Team 🔪✨
