First, we’re genuinely glad to hear you love how the knives perform and that our customer service took quick care of the first issue. That part matters a lot to us. Regarding the loose handle, you’re absolutely right to call that out — that is not expected, and it’s not something we want anyone to feel unsure about, especially when considering future purchases. While handles are assembled using reinforced epoxy and mechanical fitting, on rare occasions a handle can loosen due to factors like internal stress during transit or environmental changes (temperature/humidity shifts). That said, having it happen twice is understandably frustrating and not the experience we want associated with our brand. The important part: ✔️ This is not a widespread or “normal” issue, and ✔️ We will absolutely stand behind resolving it again — properly. We strongly encourage you to reach back out to our support team with the order details for the second knife. We’ll make sure it’s addressed promptly so you can feel confident using — and ordering — our knives moving forward. Your hesitation makes complete sense, and we truly appreciate that you still took the time to highlight what you love about the knives themselves.
