Wish I never bought Seido knives
The Seido knives were pretty and decently sharp out of the box, but after spending $500, I expected better with the service provided when buying directly from Seido. One knife already has a broken tip, and their return policy is beyond awful—they didn’t honor the correct discount code and wanted to charge shipping plus a 20% restocking fee just to return a $35 sharpener my husband didn’t want. Definitely won’t be purchasing from them again. Next time, I’ll stick with Amazon—I see some of the same knives (exact knife, but different company), better prices, and a way better return policy. Expensive lesson learned.

I’d like to clarify a few things to ensure everything is transparent. If an order arrives damaged in transit, we replace the affected items immediately, but the issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving the package. This policy is publicly available on our website. Regarding the discount, if a discount code was already applied to an order, unfortunately, we’re unable to stack multiple codes. As for returns, the knife sharpener is subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, which is also outlined in our return policy. Since our products are kitchen tools, once they are returned, they cannot simply be reshelved or resold. Every returned item must go through an extensive inspection, and in many cases, they are either sanitized or discarded to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards for all customers. This policy is standard practice among high-end kitchenware brands to maintain product integrity.
