Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your 17-Piece Damascus Wood Block Set. To clarify, the Damascus pattern is created through forging and etching to enhance the look of the blades, while the steel itself is designed for strength and performance. Each knife is hand-sharpened before it leaves our facility, but like all high-carbon steel knives, they do require regular honing and sharpening to stay at their best. Regarding your concern about the return cost, our return policy is posted on our website so customers can review it before completing their purchase. We’d still love the chance to make things right—please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to explore what options are available for you.
