Your shipment was marked as delivered by the courier, and as part of our commitment to excellent customer service, we offered to replace the knives if they were lost or stolen. However, in order to proceed with the replacement or even refunds, we required a confirmation or ticket number from the courier to verify that a claim had been filed. Unfortunately, you chose not to file this claim, which is a necessary step to activate the insurance on your order. Without this confirmation, we are unable to proceed with a replacement. Additionally, it’s worth noting that claiming the quality of the product without having received or used it contradicts your stated concerns about the shipment. We are confident in the craftsmanship of our knives and stand by their quality, as highlighted by the many positive reviews from satisfied customers. We do not “pretend” to offer shipping insurance. The A+ shipping protection is an additional option that protects orders against loss or theft. When a package is marked as delivered, but the customer reports it as missing, we require confirmation from the courier (e.g., a claim ticket or investigation number). This step is necessary to process the insurance claim per our policy. We provided clear instructions multiple times on how to proceed with the claim process, but it appears these steps were not followed. Unfortunately, without this confirmation, we cannot move forward with a replacement or refund. We remain committed to assisting you and resolving this matter fairly if you are willing to complete the necessary steps with the courier.
