I’ve been a Seido fan for a few years. The extensive knife portfolio ensures that there’s a blade for all aspiring home cooks or professional cooks. The out of the box sharpness is jaw dropping with the blades being able to slice thru paper like it’s nothing. From kiritsukes to santoku there’s a knife out there for everyone. If you’ve been in the market for a new Japanese inspired chefs knife now is your chance to get your hands on one, you won’t be disappointed!

Fast shipping, packaged nicely and they look great, I was disappointed in the fact that they are not real Damascus but etched and I think that they should stay sharper longer than they do.
