Nice hair but…
The hair seems to be good quality but I’ve only had it installed 1 day. I ordered K-tips and I didn’t like that the keratin was not the same color as the hair.

We're also sorry to hear that the K-tip bonds didn't quite meet your expectations regarding the color. Please allow us to clarify: our K-tips use a transparent keratin. The color you see is actually the natural hair color concentrated within the bond. Because the bond encapsulates a dense bundle of hair strands, it can sometimes appear slightly darker or more concentrated than a single, loose strand. This is a normal characteristic of the product and not a defect, but we completely understand how it might be unexpected. Will ask our expert team to find any possible improvements on it.
