My braider loved the hair. But she said it was a blend and 100% human hair. However, she said she would use it again and buy it for her other customers.
Response from SEE WIGOct 20, 2025
Thank you Sanettra, for your 4-star review and for sharing that your braider loved the hair and plans to use it again for her customers! We are thrilled to hear that. We guarantee that all of our hair is 100% Remy Human Hair. It does not contain any synthetic blend whatsoever. This is a core promise of our brand. Look forward to serving you and your braider again! Any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks again! Lisa from SEE WIG Customer Service Team [email protected] https://seewig.com

Listed processing time of 5-7 business days and it has now been 12 without any indication of when they will be ready to be shipped out or any communication from the company aside from requesting a rating. If your processing times are running behind, extend it in the listing or communicate it to your customer.

Hi Meghan, This is Lisa from SEE WIG Customer Service Team. I was writing an email to update you about your order, while getting an update that you left a 1-star review on Trustpilot just now. We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable delay and poor communication regarding your order #SEEWIG1675. We understand why you are disappointed and have left a 1-star review, and we deserve it. Your order was placed on Sept 28 for a pack of 30-inch U-tip hair extensions that requires 5-7 business days to process as noted in shipping policy. However, our operations were temporarily suspended from Sept 30 to Oct 6 due to a mandatory environmental inspection. During this period, our factory and our logistics partners were unable to operate. Though we have clearly noted this on our site, you must not find it as you placed the order before Sept 30. We should have updated you this via email. Sorry... Therefore, we continued to process your order since Oct 7 and it's expected to be shipped on Oct 14 - today. However, an unexpected delay happened so I also wanted to update you via email today. But it seemed a bit late especially when Trustpilot's automatic review invitation has upset you a lot. I will chase our factory to get your order ready asap and it's expected to be shipped by this Friday or Satuday. We will refund 10% to you, just as a compensation. Hope this might make you feel a bit better. Apologies again... Best Regards, SEE WIG Customer Service Team [email protected] https://seewig.com

Love the hair. Just got it installed and it is beautiful. The texture is nice, it straightened out nicely, and very realistic and natural looking. Holds curls well and length is longer than expected. 10/10 highly recommend.

I ordered my hair on the 5th of September and I still have not received it. Shipping stated 5-7 days and it’s been 2 weeks.
Response from SEE WIGSep 20, 2025
Hi Carlos, This is Lucy from SEE WIG. Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the significant delay in receiving your order. We completely understand your frustration, and we would be equally concerned in your situation. As we mentioned in our previous emails, we are actively pursuing this with the shipping carriers. The latest update we have is that there is a temporary backlog at a USPS sorting facility, which has caused this unexpected holdup. We are escalating the issue and urging USPS to prioritize your package for delivery immediately. We truly appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. Please rest assured that we will continue to track this closely and will update you via email once we have more information. Again, we are very sorry for this experience. Sincerely, SEE WIG Customer Service Team [email protected] https://seewig.com
