The curl pattern received is different as described on the website. The curl pattern received was very loose. Very disappointed.

I'd like to explain a common characteristic of colored human hair that may help clarify what you experienced. When hair is dyed - especially to a rich shade like #99J - it goes through more processing steps than natural, un-dyed #1B. This additional processing can cause the curl pattern to appear slightly looser compared to less-processed hair. Your order included both #99J and #1B, which is why the same curl pattern may have looked a bit looser on the #99J compared to the #1B. This is normal across the human hair industry and not a defect - colored curly hair will always appear slightly softer or more relaxed than its natural, uncolored counterpart. That said, I completely understand how this could be disappointing if you were expecting them to match exactly. In the future, if you're looking for a tighter, more consistent curl, we'd recommend sticking with natural shades like #1B, or choosing a texture that holds its shape more firmly, such as kinky curly.
