UPDATE MAY 29, 2026. My first review was before I use the hair. Now after 1 week of getting my hair done, it's already tangling. There is ABSOULUTELY no way if this was 100% human hair that it should be doing that especially for the price. It doesn't take a rocket science to see that there's got to be some SYNTHENTIC HAIR blended in with this hair. I've bought 100% REAL HUMAN HAIR before, so trust me, I know what it's not supposed to do. Your company should be ashamed of itself. I want be ordering more hair from this company. I'm so pleased with this company. The customer service interaction was very prompt and professional. I love the fact they had the Wet and Wavy hair in that I needed. They ship me what I paid for and not the forcing the Deep Wave on me. This company has both colors in which are #613 & #27 length 28 exactly what I needed. But they also has the Wet and Wavy in the other length. Didn't take long to receive my hair after it was shipped. It took a matter of 7 to 8 days for it's arrival. NO OTHER COMPANY had the color or the length of hair I was looking for. So I'm a faithful customer. Also this company allows a payment plan. So trust me you can trust this site.

Quality of hair is horrible. It immediately matts up, worse than knots!! I really want to cry thinking of how much money I spent on this hair, then to have it installed and have this trash hair

We're truly sorry to hear that our hair did not meet your expectations. Your order was delivered on March 12. Did this issue occurred after about a month of wear? From the photo you shared in email, it seems that the human hair might not have been well cared for. We have double-checked our shipping records, and the hair we sent was in good condition. Our team has reached out to you via email two days ago. Could you please reply to our email with more details? We'd love to have our experts review what might have gone wrong. We hope to make things right. Thanks. Sincerely, Eunice from SEE WIG Customer Service Team [email protected] https://seewig.com

I had a rush order for a client and ordered the wrong lengths.. 😫 I emailed the company after 12am and ask them for the correct lengths and was willing to take the cost difference loss however not only did they correct my order they refunded the difference! The hair quality is superb as well!!

This site is mediocre for I-tip extensions. The quality is mid-level, but the I-tip sizes were inconsistent and made some of the extensions unusable. Additionally, I purchased dark brown, and it's very, very red. The color of the hair is either mis-labeled or just incorrect, and it was a terrible match for my actual dark-brown color. I would not recommend buying here, personally.

Hi Gianna, Thank you for your honest feedback - I'm truly sorry that our I-Tip extensions did not meet your expectations. Regarding the I-tip sizes: since each tip is hand-made, a few may occasionally be slightly larger than others. In those cases, using a slightly larger bead can help with installation. We hear your concern, and we will continue working to improve our quality control on this. Regarding the color: dark brown can sometimes appear slightly different between straight and curly textures. Curly hair goes through a heat-setting process, which may deepen the color a bit. We do our best to show accurate colors in our product photos and videos, but we clearly fell short for you this time. To help us improve, our customer service team will be further reaching out to you via email. Would you be willing to share a photo comparing your hair with our product's color? That would give us valuable insight and help us do better in the future. We sincerely apologize again for the trouble this has caused, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Sincerely, Alice from SEE WIG Customer Service Team [email protected] https://seewig.com

The customer service was great and communication was clear. There was an issue with the custom color I originally wanted, so I ended up choosing all black instead. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality.
