It's a scam. They send a product without you ordering and of course they will charge you and there is no way to cancel subscription.

I tried the probiotic for several months, no real difference. When the email came that they were shipping in 3 days I immediately canceled and got a confirmation email that I canceled. They shipped the product anyway and of course charged me. They won't take the unopened package back and they wont refund the money. Typical subscription rip off, just a money grab.

The initial cost of my order was $34.99 but they’ve taken $61.99 from my account. I’ve enquired about this and heard nothing. I’ve also ordered with delivery in 3-4 days at an additional cost and have not received the item, and when I try to track the delivery it seems to be lost. Again, I can’t reach anyone at the company. Complete scam… I wish I did more research into the company. Also, wish I could give a review of the product, but I guess I’ll never know! DO NOT BUY!!!

I canceled my subscription, received confirmation of cancellation yet they continue to charge my credit card $50. I keep emailing to cancel and they confirm cancellation and keep charging me! Absolute scam!

I have a subscription to receive seed once per month. It’s for my wife. She thinks it may be helping but not 100% sure. My problem with seed is that they have NO customer service. The shipment for May was going to the wrong address. I’ve been in touch with USPS and they are trying re-route the package. In the meantime, I have emailed seed FIVE TIMES over the last 4 days and have NOT received one reply. So does this product work? Maybe, Maybe not but if you have a problem, you will not receive any help at all and if you find their phone number and call, it’s a recording telling you to go to their website and then it hangs up.

I would give a lower review if I could for their customer service. I signed up for a three month supply of probiotics and only received a two month supply. I reported this right away via email (because there is no way that I can find to talk to a representative over the phone). I have sent four emails and no response. They have essentially ripped me off, had no problem taking my money but couldn’t take the time to respond to my emails. It’s too bad, the product is good but I’ll find another who treats their customers with respect.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The supplement gave me terrible abdominal pain and bloating. I was billed for a recurring subscription without any reminder and they refused to refund me. I think that any positive reviews on the internet have to be fake.

I'm a physician and I thought that this might be a good idea. What a mistake. Do not order from Seed.com! This is a huge scam and it is almost impossible to cancel. This is a subscription that they lock you into. My advice is to stay away!
