Never order your plant from SeedLures. They claim Gaurunted results. I ordered two figs trees Saplings. Received the saplings without any instructions how to plant them. Then on my request I got instructions through email. I closely follow the instruction. I was told that the saplings will grow in four to eight weeks. I properly watered the saplings daily, but no signs of it's growth in four weeks. I shared the pics with them after four weeks, telling that I don't see any signs of growth and request them for my refund of $69, but no response received. I did the same after eight weeks, but no response received of my refund request. I strongly request to public not to order any plant from SeedLures at all.

I ordered this product and I should have done my research first. I see many reviews here frustrated with the same experience. As far as the product goes, I tried three different ones and didn’t notice anything majorly positive or negative. But when I tried to login and cancel my subscription it turned out to be a nightmare. Back when I tried the first time to cancel, they didn’t even have an option to cancel online!! You had to call during business hours. Since then, they have added the option to cancel online. They have made a bunch of money by holding their customers’ payment methods hostage. Trapping people in a subscription should not be a legal business model.

Since taking seed probiotics I have not seen any changes, but I do have to mention that every time I swallow the pill it feels like it gets stuck in my esophagus or something, and it doesn’t quite go down as smooth and sometimes I feel like I have to gag it back up and I have to swallow water multiple times to just get it down. I normally don’t have any issues with any other pills. It’s just seed. Makes me so gassy too.

I am filing this complaint regarding a duplicate order caused by what appeared to be a technical issue with Seed’s website and the way Seed handled the situation afterward. I attempted to place my order once, but after clicking to submit it, the website did not show that the order had gone through. Because there was no confirmation that the transaction had been completed, I tried again. Approximately five minutes later, both orders appeared as processed. I immediately contacted Seed and provided screenshots documenting exactly what happened, including the timing of the transactions. Despite contacting the company almost immediately and explaining that I did not intentionally place two orders, Seed refused to cancel the duplicate order. Instead of correcting the duplicate transaction, I was offered the option of changing the date of my next subscription. That does not address the problem. I did not need two orders, and I should not be financially responsible for a duplicate transaction resulting from a website/processing issue. What is most disappointing is the customer service response. Technical problems can happen with any company. What determines whether a customer remains loyal is how the company handles the problem. I gave Seed documentation immediately and gave them an opportunity to correct the situation, yet they chose not to do so. I had been a Seed customer, but this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the company and its subscription practices. I have now decided to discontinue my relationship with Seed entirely. I am requesting: 1. A full refund for the duplicate order. 2. Confirmation that my subscription is completely canceled and that no additional charges will be made. 3. Written acknowledgment that this issue has been reviewed rather than simply offering to move the date of a future subscription. I have screenshots and correspondence documenting the sequence of events and how quickly I contacted Seed after discovering the duplicate orders. A company should not lose a customer over a technical problem that could have been easily corrected. Unfortunately, the refusal to resolve an obvious duplicate-order situation has done exactly that.

I actually liked Seed’s product, but the subscription management experience caused me to cancel completely. I went into my account specifically to cancel my subscription from my phone, but I could not find a cancellation option. The only option I could find was to move or reschedule my next shipment. Since I couldn’t figure out how to cancel it from my phone, I decided I would take care of it later when I was at a computer. Unfortunately, I forgot, and by the time I remembered, another order had already processed and I had been charged. I then tried from a computer and still had to navigate through multiple pages just to figure out how to properly manage and cancel the subscription. What makes this especially frustrating is that once I finally contacted Seed directly, my subscription was canceled within minutes. Purchasing and renewing is extremely easy. Canceling should be equally easy and clearly accessible from a mobile device. Customers should not have to jump through hoops to stop an automatic renewal. The product was not the reason I left. The subscription experience was.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Seed.com. There is no customer service number to reach anyone directly, and their subscription process is extremely ambiguous. Even after I canceled my subscription, it somehow reactivated on its own and I was charged again. I’ve tried several times to contact their support through the methods they provide, but I haven’t received any meaningful response. At this point, I’ve had to report the issue to my credit card company because I couldn’t get Seed.com to address the unauthorized charge. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Seed.com. I even doubt the product now, if they have to force people to buy their product, I really doubt the quality
