These guys are amazing! Very easy to work with and reasonably priced! They answer phones very well. I have used at least a couple different companies and they are certainly top notch! Customer service is amazing as you can actually reach a human being and they actually want to help! Hard to find these days!

I used Securus to help fill in while our receptionist was out on maternity leave, and I'm so glad I did! We had a great experience using them for our full time phone answering, and will continue to use them even once she is back. It's a great option for a small business when the phones just get busy (great problem to have, right?) It means none of our clients ever have to talk to a machine, and that makes all the difference in the world! They are way more cost effective than hiring a temp and super easy to work with.
