I've been a small business owner answering my own phone for over 30 years. It was a VERY scary thing to turn the phones over, but now that I have, I can't believe I waited as long as I did. The customer service that Securus offers is absolutely second to none! You REALLY need to at least give Securus a shot... And if you don't agree with my assessment you can always go back to the craziness of answering your own phone, but I know you're going to be asking yourself the same question I keep asking myself... Why did I wait so long? - I'm just sayin :-)

This answering service is great! They do a tremendous job answering the calls with professionalism and accuracy every time. My customers do not even realize that this is a service, they think it is just a new sales person in the office! I would recommend them to anyone that needs a little help capturing those phone calls!

Securus has been a life saver for me. They have saved me money because I no longer need to hire a full time office manager. When my new part-time office manager leaves, Securus answers the calls, sends them to my cell and the office email, and either I or the office manager can answer them when we get a minute. The caller gets to talk with a real person, the messages are accurate and concise, and everybody is happy. Love them!!
