I’ve had my veneers for over a year now and still so in love with them! Best thing I ever bought, they gave me so much confidence just wish I had bought them sooner.

After reading the reviews on here, I was a little put off, however my sister had some made and was pleased with her veneers. So I took the plunge and ordered some top and bottom veneers. It took around two months to make but the wait was worth it. I have two teeth missing and have two teeth on a plate. Tried my veneers today and I cried when I Put them in, they look amazing. I do think the negative reviews are false on here. I would recommend any one with confidence issues with there teeth to not hesitate and order. I am so glad I did my veneers have gave me so much confidence, and well worth the wait. Thank you Secret Veneers.

Secret veneers is honestly amazing. I was so scared to order them at first but spoke to a few people that had them already and they put me at ease and told me how amazing they made them feel and then I just went for it. I ordered them on the 23rd of June and make it clear that I needed them before the 18th July which gave them only 3 and a half weeks to make them and get them back to me in which they did. Their communication was amazing, I had some trouble doing my impressions and had to order an extra arch and extra putty which set back the time they had to make them but they still got them to me for the day I asked which I think is amazing! They fit perfectly and I’m absolutely in love with them! They have me feel so much more confident and every one compliments me and I’ve never had anyone say that they don’t look real! I even had one girl who was a dentist say that they were amazing!!!!! If you worried about ordering them then don’t be! The team make you feel so at ease and it was the best money that I have ever spent!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I am a HUGE skeptic when it comes to online shopping, and this was a big one for me! I live all the way in New Zealand, so making a purchase online through a company that is based in the UK seemed far fetched for me - but I bit the bullet and crossed my fingers as I proceeded to confirm my purchase for top and bottom veneers. The communication was GREAT! Before I sent my impressions back to the lab I sent a photo through to amy (I’ve read so many reviews where people have complained about their own bad impressions being inadequate to continue through the next stage of their veneers being made?! BE PATIENT & FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY, watch YouTube videos on getting the perfect impressions! And then you have people complaining about waiting an extra week or 2 for their second lot of putty and trays and putting blame on the company. why not just order extra putty upon checkout incase you mess up the first 3 times? Logic people..) to ensure my impressions were lab ready. I received my AH-MAZING veneers yesterday and I am %1000 percent over the moon with them! They look fabulous! So if you’re considering them, I would say do it! YES this review is from an average REAL person, NO I have not been convinced to write a fabulous review, this review is purely based on my own personal experience with this amazing company. I swear half of the poor reviews on here are from a bunch of competing companies alike. Don’t wait! Steal your confidence back, you will not regret it.

Horrid experience. Poor service and broken tooth due to putty. First set of teeth came and they were painful, poorly fitted and showed my gum line and they looked like rabbit teeth. I was told to resend impressions and they would re make for me. I TOLD THEM I HAD REPORTED THEM AND THEY SAID THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN REFUND ME IS IF I SEND BACK THE TEETH?? FUNNY THAT THEY ASKED FOR THEM BACK AFTER I TOLD THEM MY SOLICITOR AND THE GDC WANTED TO SEE THESE JOKE TEETH TO FUFILL MY CLAIM.!!! Thin plastic teeth suitable for halloween. Staff were polite during ordering process then when i requested a refund they showed their true INEXPERIENCED COLOURS. I had to involve a solicitor and The General Dental Council (GDC). I have been told yesterday that they have refunded me 411 pounds as they cannot provide me with the customer service i DESIRE. They clearly have no idea how to uphold consumer services. I have asked them for proof of refund as many people do not even recieve it. I would NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY if i were you. Listen to the reviews, the good ones are false I think. This company wont last much longer and the reputation is shocking. The teeth are made in a backstreet lab behind some buildings and who knows who makes them!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. And secret veneers- Im sure you fully uderstand I will not let this go untill I see every single penny back in my bank account. I dont need to quote the laws to you do i ? Im sure you are aware that it is otherwise theft. DO NOT USE THIS WANNABE COMPANY .

I have paid for these and was told they would be despatched on the 20th September 2019. I have sent 4 emails and no one responds. There is no phone number listed which rings alarm bells - please can I have an update or my money back. I think this may be a scam! To say I am disappointed is an understatement!

Ignorance from this company is disgraceful. It appears they are also dishonest. They have advertised on their website that they have a 'hero' programme, basically anyone who has had a tough time can ask for SV to consider them for free or discounted veneers. I applied for my friend, who has had a seriously bad time due to health. "Amy" asked me to email in a picture of the teeth in question, so I did... never heard anything more once they realised the teeth are suitable for veneers and they might have to actually follow up on their promise. They put this so called "programme" up on the site to look like they are helping people. I emailed Amy many times to see where we were at in the application, just to be completely ignored, then I emailed customer service to complain about the LACK of customer service, ignored again. Pretty sure I would have got an email back within the day if I was paying them £400, I'm SO glad we didn't decide to buy, which we were going to before we found out about their hero plan. Disgusting. EDIT IN REPLY TO AMY: My review is not false or unfair. It is true and my experience with your company. You're talking about leave for 2 weeks, I've been emailing since AUGUST! And I still have all emails with dates on. That also doesn't explain why the usual customer service hasn't replied to emails, did the company suddenly shut down aswel? I'm not the first to comment on ignorance from secret veneers.
