Honestly I was nearly put off reading some of the bad reviews on here before I made my purchase and now I’m glad I ignored them and decided to just go for it. It does make me question if some of them are genuine or fake? All I know is my personal experience has been nothing but 5 star service. Amy responded to my questions via email within the same week which for Christmas time of year when things are extremely busy is fast in my opinion. Rose also was a massive help for me. I found the instructions for the impressions extremely easy to follow and there’s also a video you can watch to show you how to do it they also give you enough putty to do a trial round and encourage you to try it without putty first so you can get use to the feeling in your mouth and how to bite down first. You can also buy extra putty and trays for a very reasonable price I think. I didn’t need this in fact I had one set of putty left over. As soon as I sent my impressions off I received my secret veneers within just under 21 days which like I said for Christmas period is amazing especially a couple of days before Christmas I honestly thought I’d be looking at January with how late I ordered! I had a tooth missing and it really knocked my self esteem so much so I would hide my smile a lot. Secret veneers have been nothing but amazing and the best decision I ever made was to buy them because they have given me my confidence back and now I can smile without feeling ashamed or insecure. I would recommend them to anyone feeling insecure with low self esteem. If I had listened to all the negative reviews I wouldn’t be smiling right now I’d be still miserable and very unhappy. Can't thank you enough
I an so glad I purchased these, for years I couldn't smile because my teeth were chipped, missing and generally horrible, my own fault though, but now I can finally smile. They arrived before the date they had told me originally, I am very pleased with them, takes a little while to get used to, but worth it, customer service was also excellent. I really can't thank you enough for making me happy.

This company has done everything it said it would. I was sceptical as I saw some bad reviews, but honestly couldn’t be happier. The impression kit arrived very quickly and I sent it back within a couple of days (signed for as suggested by the company) - My Veneers arrived within the 30 working days that they said they would. I went for shade A1 which look really natural (but like I have had some good whitening done) . Getting lots of comments on how good my teeth look. I had a slight list when first wearing them, however this is all but gone after 4 days of wearing them.

After having these for a year I have a true review.. I love these veneers and they really changed my smile. My one problem is over time if you eat with them in they begin to crack and break.. I am on my 5th order of having to buy a top of bottom set because of the back teeth splitting in half or they wear holes where you bite down.

Really pleased.
Really pleased , wasn't sure at first but decided to take the plunge.
Received my new A2 veneers today (13/12/19) and within time quoted.
They look great and fit really well, probably take a little time to get used to like a set of dentures would I s'pose.
Would definitely recommend that you watch a video on youtube and follow the instructions to the letter and you can't go wrong.
That impressed i,ve already ordered another set of whiter
A1's. Would certainly recommend Secret Veneers to anyone who needs a little bit more confidence when smiling.

Secret veneers wasted my time and my money
After I read reviews bad ones and good ones I decided to make the purchase with Secret Veneers in October 2019 now it is December I’ve just received an email that I cannot be fitted for Secretveneers because of my arch mind you I have been waiting for three months since the beginning of October for My veneers I’ve also had to send an extra hundred dollars because of custom holds. now here we are in December I was told by Instagram rep that everything is good my items were being shipped to me this Tuesday and I would have a tracking number this week. when I go back to Instagram to ask the representative about my tracking information she referred me to my email told me to check my email I go to my email a representative from Secret Veneers or whoever tells me that the lab technician cannot fit me after trying several times my arch mind you on their website they promote that they are the BEST at covering jagged crooked and uneven smiles & even smiles with several missing teeth but me being an American customer they can’t seem to find a cover that’s suitable for my arch. so my arch is the issue? Wow these people are really full of it most of the bad reviews are coming from American customers I noticed in most of the people that are getting these beautiful smiles from them are their own customers in their in country I’m very disappointed I was very excited look past all the BS on the reviews but now I see only good thing about this is that they offer me a refund say that I should be receiving it in 5 to 10 days but from the reviews that I read on here I can see that it’s far-fetched but I’ll keep my fingers crossed American customers please please please do not waste your money on this product they can fix every smile but Americans I’m still not understanding how these technicians can’t find a solution to fit a simple arch issue I don’t all the smells that they claim to fix all the people with messed up teeth the issue is a arch

It's unfortunate that some clients feel this way towards our company but the only come back we have is that, We are honest in our assessments of the facts and sometimes this isn't the news people want to hear.
At secret veneers we care about our clients. This is why we carefully assess each and every case fully, before we attempt to make them. We assess each case on three factors.
• Occlusion
• Gum resorbtion
• Tooth loss and decay
These factors determind as to if we can continue with our production or not. If we were like all the other companies out there, we'd just take your money and make you veneers. At secret veneers we actually care and ethically we couldn't knowingly make you anything which would affect your oral health or wellbeing.
So it's unfortunate that's sometimes we have to decline to make veneers from time to time. Clients will argue and often write nasty and hurtful reviews and that's totally fine, at least we can sleep at night knowing that all we are being hated for is not making veneers. It would be a whole lot worse if the review was because a client had severe health side affects instead.
In response to any import charge claims, We openenly and honestly advise to only write that the impression kit you send back is worth no more than 25$
This is the truthful valuation, yet the client in question stated the parcel was worth 500$ hence why it generated a high import charge. Again this is in no way our fault as we clearly gave the instruction, We can't be held responsible for clients not following them.
All in all we service many clients each week, We honestly and ethically grade each client. On average we make veneers for 33% to the USA. So the statement that we don't look after clients in America are dumbfounded and simply inaccurate. I'm afraid this is one conspiracy theory that has no grounds of truth.
Secret veneers service everyone, and make veneers ethically, looking after our clients wellbeing and health first and foremost. Profits are a bonus, client satisfaction is paramount.

Cannot thank this company enough. Helpful staff and the process of taking the impression is very simple. I would recommend watching some videos before taking tour impressions so you can get the hang of it. Make sure you bite all the way down so the gum line is captured. I had to redo mine three times in order to get them right but this time I managed to do it correctly. They always respond quickly on their Facebook page. If you have any queries or concerns they can check this via their Facebook messaging service so please try this way first! A lovely lady called Rose helped me each time.
