This is my personal experience. Excited to try these the company will happy take your money after care is a joke they made my first set and they didn't even reach the gum line my real teeth still partially showing then they redone them and sent out exactly the same so much for we will make as many sets till they are right thats a lie they dont . I also note they will happy respond to reviews that are not intended for this company but will not respond to your reviews or acknowledge the product they make is really not fit for purpose they also will not refund you as its a bespoke product how exactly is this true when you dont get whst youve paid for hundreds of pounds they con you out of with no care in the world to rectify there issues!!!! MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY.

Buyer Beware – My Personal Experience I am sharing my personal experience to help other consumers make an informed decision before booking treatment with Royal Smile. Before proceeding with the treatment, I understood from discussions with the staff that the veneer procedure was 100% non-invasive and completely reversible. Based on my own experience, the outcome did not match my understanding of those representations. After the veneers were removed, my teeth did not return to their original condition. I subsequently consulted a licensed dentist, who informed me that complete reversal was not possible in my case and that some effects on the tooth surface could remain after removal. Because of this experience, I personally do not consider the procedure to be fully reversible, despite what I believed before treatment. I also noticed that customer replies on the review platform were disabled, so I was unable to respond there. This review reflects my own personal experience and opinions. I encourage anyone considering this treatment to seek independent advice from a qualified dentist, ask detailed questions about the risks and limitations, and ensure they fully understand the procedure before making a decision.

This company is an absolute joke!! My partner order veneers they sent the impression kit out, she got teeth back they did not fit…. As the say they will send another impression kit out but they don’t they asked for photos of them in the mouth and tried to correct a new pair off pictures…. These also don’t fit… so we have requested are money back and they are point blank refusing!!! Please don’t waste your money!! Stay well clear!! I have photos and msgs back and forth with the company that I will also be uploading!!!

Was sketchy because the reviews but half the talk out their 🍑 mine came today and I couldn’t be happier and havnt stopped smiling since gotthem, a lot of my family think they look good and I have absolutely no issues or problems with them soild 10/10!!! Takes a while to speak and get use to them but once you do your confidence going from 4 to a 10! Amazing ❣️

I placed an order. ORDER #15361 And nothing. I had an email receipt and money was taken from my account. I tried to contact via their online chat and email addresses they never got back. I ordered an impression kit and upper and lower veneers and not even the kit was sent no response to emails. I have had to arrange a charge back with my bank and the companies back is just letting it run the whole 50 day course so I have to wait all that time to get my money back. Total scam. I shall report them to trading standards for this.

Products sent to previous address that I have never provided and have no idea how they obtained it. No way to speak with customer service apart from Facebook messenger and appalling customer service. Refusal to send me the product I paid for that was signed for at the address they sent it to. Refusal to admit fault and insisting I provided the address used despite the fact this is a replacement arch and my previous one was sent to my current address where I have lived for over 2 years.

I ordered on 28th May and the replacement arrived on Saturday 12th July, so took a month and half all together. The first upper set kept falling out when talking or sneezing and gave me a lisp. Customer service was helpful and sent a better-fitting replacement—but the left canine tooth is oversized and gives a vampire look. I asked if they could adjust it based on my impressions, but they said they needed photos of my actual teeth, which I wasn’t comfortable sending. That was disappointing. Impressions were a bit tricky, so I’d recommend watching a tutorial. They look good in pictures but kind of fake up close. Still £450 for the pair I'd say its worth trying. Id rather wear these than show my real teeth. And until I get them properly done somewhere, im content. (Extra thin ones) Update*** Have been using them for over a week now and when i sneeze or talking after about 10 minutes they fall out, same as the last ones. Was told by james to use poligrip. Im starting to think they are a waste of money. What's the point in having them if they keep falling out? Ill update if any changes.

Awful clip ins. Look soo fake, turned up badly fitted, and gaps between my teeth and the clips in. The extra thin ones - material is crap, and not long lasting, it has started to curl from where it is not sitting right on the bottom set. The top set not fitted to my teeth, you can clearly see the overlap on my gum. Looks like joker teeth. For anybody considering getting these please don't the customer service is appalling. Nobody gets back to you and they do not pay you back despite the product not meeting good quality standards or even basic statutory laws. The product does not meet the requirements of the Sale of Goods Act or Consumer Protection Act. The clip ins are causing damage to my bottom lip and also top upper lip because of the bad fit. Product never reached me on time either. Despite paying extra. Their excuse was - they did not have enough trays to send out in the post. Honestly do not do it - look for another company - otherwise you will regret it like i do.
