I never usually write reviews but I can’t believe I have just spend £400 on this piece of plastic that doesn’t even fit in my mouth! The teeth don’t look nothing like the ones on Instagram, I have been told I’ve done my bottom impression perfect yet they’ve come and they don’t stay on my teeth I can’t talk with them on, nevermind eat! Because they have been made wrong they keep coming out , won’t stay in one place and hurt my own teeth and gums. The front of my top teeth looks so chunky without barely any line between the front 2 teeth like any teeth would look like, there is no way I’ll be wearing them anywhere! Just cannot believe I’ve wasted so much money on this product. I never bother writing reviews but for this amount of money I was definitely expecting something proper just so disappointed with this company and myself for being so stupid

Received my 2nd top plate as the 1st didn’t fit properly this one fits better but my teeth look so big so much so that I daren’t smile this was the whole idea of ordering so I could smile with confidence again,very disappointing they look nothing like any of the photos on the website ☹️

Having received my veneers for both palates I was pleasantly surprised by their compatibility with my existing teeth and bite. My only concern has been slow response time to my email communications, which is why I have not given a five-star rating. For those who read this, I wish to encourage you to filter out the negative views as I suspect they may be spam. You should then find a more accurate indication.

I ordered my impression kit on the 06/03/2020. I haven’t received it and it’s now 25/06/2020. I don’t know if it was lost in the post but you have £300 of my money. I emailed to ask for a refund to be given another email to email for a refund. To be ignored for weeks on end. You have my money and I want a refund I’m entitled too. I am sick and tired of been ignored and you have my money. Iv spoken to my bank and will be taking legal action if you don’t refund me . This is disgusting never have I ever dealt with such a shoddy company. Especially when you have £300 of my money. I received and email back saying “ Thanks for your reply your impression kit was posted to the attached address . Would you like me is issue you with a new impression kit ASAP?“ first of all it’s not at my address because it hasn’t even come. Second of all I don’t want another one I stated so many times I want a refund and you won’t give me it. Like I’m going to post this on all review sites and Facebook till I get my money back. Yes COVID may of delayed things but that’s not my fault I have no impression kit and just want a straight up refund. If you don’t get back to me I will take legal action. Order number 24754.

Customer service is incredible when you contact them via facebook. Shipping took awhile but that's because I live in America and with customs and covid it felt like forever. As far as my new smile i am super happy with it. It does feel a little awkward at first. But it's like wearing a retainer and you get used to it. The color bl1 is really really white and do look a little fake but you should expect that if you get that color. I'm waiting on my a1 color which i expect to look much more natural but still very clean. Also just a heads up my teeth hurt a little bit after wearing them but I've read from other people that's normal at first while your getting use to them. They fit very well and I'm not concerned with them falling out. As far as eating with them goes I would feel comfortable to do so but I choose not to.

Wish I read the reviews on here before ordering. No problems dealing with the company but my teeth look nothing like the ones In the insta pics. Very fake and plastic looking. They look like something from a Christmas cracker. I put them in and my husband just laughed so I definitely won’t wear in public. I’ve read how hard it is to get money back too so just a waste of £300 really!

AMAZING! so I’ve had no troubles what so ever. I got my teeth and had to have them remade because I didn’t do my impressions properly!(my fault) I spoke to them about it and they fixed the issue straight away I was in constant contact and always got a reply! I was sent my remakes and they are AMAZING they actually look like your original teeth!

Extremely fake looking. Veneers make my mouth and lips stick out, very unattractive look. Veneers are huge, makes teeth look clunky and ugly. FALSE ADVERTISING. It's very hard to get money back too.
