They whole process was quick all done in less than two weeks. Customer service always responded quickly an were really nice. They feel weird to start with but you get use to them. Love my new smile 😁

First Order was sent and lost in transit, no reply to my emails. I paid for a new order to be sent, arrived quickly so I had my hopes up! I done my impressions and paid $50 to be sent to the UK then to have my parcel held at customs for 2 months because they failed to tell me I’d have to pay $300 for them to accept my parcel due to extra charges!!! They were Informed by customs of my parcel but failed to email me regarding this and my parcel was sent back, they have ignored all emails regarding my order! This has ended up costing me nearly $2000 and is nothing but a scam unless your from the UK. I’ve tried again paying another $50 but I had to ‘lie’ about pricing on the form to see if it will be excepted, they fail to explain extra charges and that you won’t receive and service! Do not order from this company unless you want to be scammed.

I want to first start by saying I didn’t read any reviews before I went and purchased my secret veneers, someone then asked if I had read the reviews to which I then did, I began to doubt myself even tho there was many good reviews, as you do you look at the bad and feel the worst, well can I just say I can whole heartedly say those bad reviews in my eyes are made to make secret veneers look bad! I have never felt so confident to smile!! So let’s start at the beginning, I got my impression kit and there was one putty extra, which I didn’t need. I watched the you tube videos and read the instructions very carefully, and I had no issues! I messaged the Instagram in a panic because I thought maybe the shade I had gone for was the wrong one for me, they were so professional they replied to me within hours and passed me to the professionals who make the veneer clips, they were so helpful and set my mind at ease, They came within a month! I couldn’t believe how quickly I recived them! And then the fit was absolutely perfect!! You cannot see where they finish at the gum they are seamless! They are a little tight but nothing even remotely uncomfortable and you feel a little funny at first with them in as your adjusting to this perfect smile! I cannot rate this company any more highly if I could give them more stars I would! I am about to leave my personal Instagram that you can ask questions if you ever feel the bad reviews make you feel uncomfortable too and I’ll settle your nerves, I can’t believe how cheap these were! 399 for a brand new smile!! Wish I could give minus stars!! First off I did the impressions wrong so I sent for 2x sets of more putty just incase, but only sent one even though I was charged for 2. I messaged there Instagram to tell them but they completely ignored what I said and just replied with an emoji! I recieved my teeth this morning with high expectations from looking at there perfect Instagram pictures. Let me tell you they are absolutely AWFUL!!! I actually feel sick that I've spent over £300 on these. They do not fit my own teeth, they are wonky beyond belief, in no way symmetrical, dont even cover my own teeth from the gum line. I cant speak in them, they have a huge ridge from the back so are not comfortable and its sharp so no doubt I would be sore if my tongue was to catch it. They move when I try to speak and they are so big and clumpy you couldnt even pass them off as real teeth they just look like one wonky piece of plastic the teeth dont even look separate it's just one big tooth. My boyfriend and my sister were both in stitches at me wearing them cant decide if I'm wearing them in for a race horse or Austin powers. Please anyone who is looking to buy these read the bad reviews and listen I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought them. Scammers!!!!! There Instagram is full of people that have lots of followers that probably got them free and obviously they will be good ones for them to promote but if your just an average Joe they dont give a damn. Dont waste your money please. Judging from the bad reviews I'm going to have a hard time getting my money back too which tops the whole bad experience!!

Im not one to ever write reviews but I have had 5 sets of veneers made now and none of them have fitted & turn out how i asked them too in-terms of shape & straightness & what was sold to me on there pages. I am really annoyed as they are now ignoring my emails as i have sent 3 since sunday and no response when usually its a day or 2 at max! For £300+ i would pay more elsewhere and get the actual product.

I am very disappointed.. in late June I ordered the secret veneers kit and it came to my house and it came mid July, I sent the impressions of my teeth back and it was about $50 for shipping to U.K. ... I used a Facebook messenger to chat with them and they told me that I had good news my impressions were done well and they would be making my veneers to ship them back two weeks ago I received an email from secret veneers telling me that I would receive a refund in 5 to 10 days because unfortunately I'm not a candidate for veneers as they were unable to successfully clip them onto my stone cast mold of my teeth and now it has been 12 days and still have not received any information on a refund and I have sent email to them 2 days ago and I just sent another email requesting information on my refund because my first response was not addressed ... I'm really afraid that I am going to lose my money and not receive any refund from them ....

Defo worth every penny. Felt to tight for the first day or so but if you persist they do ease up. The fit is amazing in regards to gum line and positioning on natural teeth. The A1 colour is the perfect choice in my opinion. Instant brighter whiter smile without painful and expensive dental work.

I ordered my Secret veneers and LOOOOOOOOVVVVEEEEE THEM! They fit perfectly to my teeth, look better than I had hoped and the customer service was out of this world. I asked questions about my order and received answers right away. I'm so excited to smile again!
